No — and that's the point. The Blueprint gives you independent cost ranges and a scope definition so you can judge contractor quotes against something. You still get itemized local quotes and use licensed, insured contractors for the work.
We don't take referral fees, so we can be honest: we give you a vetting checklist and the right questions to ask, rather than a paid placement list. If you want, Blueprint Plus includes our review of up to three bids you collect.
We'll tell you in the intro reply — before any payment. If we can't add real value (e.g., the project is too small for planning to pay off), we'll point you to the relevant free guides instead.
If your Blueprint isn't delivered within the promised window, it's free. If the delivered plan misses the agreed scope, we'll revise it or refund you — your choice.
